3.1 Deposit Process
Once a deposit is made, it is generally credited to your t999l account quickly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
Before processing a withdrawal request, we will verify whether the wagering requirements on any active bonus in your account have been met. Once all conditions are fulfilled, withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be temporarily held if fraudulent activity is suspected.
3.3 Third-Party Payments
You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Funds sent from or received by third-party accounts may be confiscated immediately and the associated account may be closed.
04 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000; if you deposit ৳22,000 the bonus will be capped at ৳10,000 and your total will be ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not the deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are for personal use only — account transfers or sales are prohibited.
- Before participating in any bonus offer, please read the specific terms and conditions of that offer carefully.
- If evidence of fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the account will be closed.
- Multiple accounts from the same household or the same device cannot claim bonuses.
- t999l reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
4.4 VIP Program
t999l's VIP program has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, the Silver tier offers up to 1.0%, and the Gold tier offers up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular and active participation. The benefits of each VIP tier are subject to that tier's terms and conditions.
05 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy
